Provincial General Hospital holds voluntary blood donation

The Trade Union of provincial General Hospital, on October 22, coordinated with provincial Red Cross Society and HCM city-based Cho Ray hospital’s Hematology and Blood Transfusion Center to organize a voluntary blood donation campaign.

With the message of “A drop of blood save a life”, the campaign absorbed around 150 volunteers in and out of the hospital. As a result, the organizers collected 126 units of blood.

*The same day, Vietnamese-German University teamed up with provincial Red Cross Society and HCM city-based Cho Ray hospital’s Hematology and Blood Transfusion Center to hold a voluntary blood donation campaign.

The campaign lured the participation of numerous lecturers and students. As a result, the organizers collected 133 units of blood.
