Provincial Tax Department further perfects management policies, tools

Representative of provincial Tax Department said that so far, the total number of taxpayers being individual households who are being managed by the Department and granted tax codes is 157,822 households. Currently, there are 55,035 households with tax codes in operation; 50,279 households with tax declaration  or 91.36% of total.

According to provincial Tax Department, the sector’s current mechanism allows business households to self-declare, pay taxes by themselves and take responsibility for the tax declaration, but many households in the province have a low awareness of self-awareness in tax payment. The sector is continuing to perfect management policies and tools in order to improve tax collection efficiency for individual business households.
