Thuan An gets animatedly with activities marking Vietnam Book Day

Thuan An town’s Division of Culture-Information and Division of Education-Training have just co-held a ceremony to open activities in response to Vietnam Book Day (April 21) and World Book and Copyright Day (April 23).

They include a parade by bicycles themed “Let’s go to learn”, booths to serve people’s demand for reading…On this occasion, the town’s Library honored 10 outstanding members of a group of close readers, 56 primary and secondary-school pupils with contributions to the local movement of reading books (photo). Bookstores, namely Thang Long, Hoang Phuc and Di An-based Big C Fahasa, also presented 70 gifts, including books, to libraries of schools in the town.
