Total construction capital into Ips gains over VND8.65trillion

According to provincial Industrial Parks (Ips) Management Board, there were positive changes in preparation for investment, infrastructure construction and investment attraction into Ips last year

The Management Board last year granted licenses to 145 works with total floor area of more than 1.2 square meters and total construction capital of more than VND3.96trillion; made inspection about completion for 167 works with total floor area of more than 2.2 million square meters, up more than 628,260 square meters or 139.9% compared to 2019 and total investment value of more than VND8.44trillion, up more than VND2.81trillion or 255.98% of the year’s plan…As a result, the province’s total construction capital into Ips was more than VND8.86trillion, up more than VND2.89trillion, up 50.35% against the same period last year or 360.66% of the year’s plan.
