Urban rejuvenation works under synchronous investment

Di An town has attached special importance to urban planning and basically fulfilled the adjustment of the local overall urban development plan to 2040. The city has concretized urban development plans, programs in line with the local development requirements and orientations.

Since its tenure, the city has carried out 165 investment items with a total capital of more than VND1.37trillion. There have been 62 works checked and put into use. The whole city now has 113 housing projects of 864 hectares with more than 66,000 houses. From other resources, many basic works with large scale like the My Phuoc-Tan Van expressway, the expanded Ha Noi highway, the new Dong Nai bridge…, are underway.
