October 6, at Ben Thanh Theatre of District 1, Ho Chi Minh City, Tuoi Tre Newspaper in coordination with Center of Vietnamest Television in Ho Chi Minh City and 7 provinces and cities in the Dong Nam Bo region hedl a ceremony to award academic supporting scholarship to 160 freshmen who are entitled as excellent students overcoming difficulties.
