According to plan, Culture, Sport and Tourism sector, until 2015, will effectively launch scientific projects of land data and library with orientation to 2020.It is projected that 30% of book titles of provincial library will be digitalized while 100% of libraries in districts and towns will be equiped with information technology, aiming at offering 0.6 book per person within public libraries.The sector targets for provincial socio-economic development by selecting various data sources to supply for leading economic sectors.
