By 2020, over 70% of high schools to teach traditional martial arts

The target is aimed for 2020 within the general project of developing physical education and sports in 2016-2020 with orientation to 2025 in the province as just issued by Provincial People’s Committee.

Besides, the project has targeted for 2020 to gain 100% of high school regularly maintaining break exercises with at least 60% of facilities teaching swimming to students, 50% of vocational facilities and 80% of universities and college disseminate traditional martial arts of Vietnam. At least 85% of students in schools of the province have regular participation into sports and 80% of qualified physical health by age range.

To gain the mentioned result, provincial People’s Committee shall invest into infrastructures and tools for physical education and sports while socializing the construction of facilities and equipment with coordinated use and under management of Department of Education and Training.
