September 13, at Provincial Children Culture House, Department of Education and Training started up the contest of traffic safety in 2012 with participation of 45 teams representing senior and junior high schools from 7 districts, towns, and the city. A play is presented at the contest The contest included presentation of video clips on traffic safety, multiple choice questions on laws of traffic safety.The contest is to inform the people and students of laws on traffic safety and to improve their awareness of traffic safety to minimize pity accidents.
