They were also enthusiastic to respond to the emulation movements of writing experiential initiates, making learning tools…, contributing to improving the local quality of teaching and learning.

Ninh Thi Lan of Minh Thanh preschool, Dao Thi Huong of Dau Tieng primary school, Dang Thi Thanh Tuyen of Minh Hoa primary, Pham Tuyet Suong of Dinh Hiep primary school, Nguyen Thi Ngoc Tuyet of Thanh An junior high school…are well-known as outstanding teachers in Dau Tieng district. They are recognized as good teachers at provincial level and always excel at their entrusted tasks.

Ta Tan Tuan, Deputy Head of Dau Tieng district’s Division of Education and Training said that the district’s female teachers have constantly studied and improved their methodology at the sector’s renewal requirements. They have actively got involved in the tasks of improving teaching ways and applying information technology in their lessons for pupils. They have also made teaching tools or innovated them line with their pupils and classes.

Devoted teachers always seek new teaching ways to help pupils to uphold their creativeness. Their creativeness is to know application of information technology into teaching ways to improve the local quality of teaching and learning. Le Thi Cam Nhung, a teacher of Tan Phuoc Khanh junior school in Tan Uyen district said that she has always tried her best to improve her teaching ways in line with each lesson.

Along with their efforts in improving teaching ways, devoted teachers need to discover and train good pupils. Dang Thanh Sang, Deputy Director of provincial Department of Education and Training said that there were 1,266 pupils recognized as good ones at all levels in the 2012 and 2013 academic year. This result obviously expressed the ability and passion of the local teachers, especially female ones to teaching work.

Nguyen Thi Hao is annually recognized as a good teacher of Hung Vuong special high school. According to her, teachers who are in charge of training good pupils consider this as a key task. This is because along with their main teaching task, they must make more efforts to discover and train good pupils, helping them get results in competitions for good pupils at all levels. They not only communicate knowledge to pupils, but also guide them self-educated ways for better development.

Nguyen Van Kim, Chairman of the provincial education and training sector‘s Trade Union assessed that the sector’s female staff have always been very flexible and creative in teaching work. They have always managed to overcome difficulties in order to fulfill their entrusted tasks and applied sci-tech advancements in teaching work, contributing to improving the local quality of learning and teaching. Annually, they are very enthusisatic to participate in the emulation movements of “good learning and good teaching”, the “Vo Minh Duc” award competition…So far, many of them have been recognized as good teachers, emulation soldiers at all levels.
