Over 30 years staying with the teaching profession, Mrs. Trinh Thi Thu Van, and elite teacher in charge of training Vietnamese Literature talented students of Hung Vuong Specialized High School is still passionate with her teaching profession. Medals and high achievements of her students after each examination has been very promoting in the career pathway winging up her students to bright and brilliant future. 
Mrs. Trinh Thi Thu Van is now an elite teacher of Hung Vuong High School Born into a family of teaching tradition, it was no surprising for her to stay with the career. After having graduated from Ho Chi Minh City University of Pedagogy, she returned to Binh Duong Provincial Teacher’s Training College where she was assigned to teach Vietnamese Literature at Hung Vuong Specialized High School.After a while, she was assigned to train up team of excellent students to compete in regional Olympic 30/4 Contest and Sao Khue Contest designated by Department of Education and Training, excellent students of Grade 10 and 11, and national contest of excellent students.As a teacher of Vietnamese Literature, she was aware of bringing up the most illustrative lessons to the classroom.Vietnamese Literature hours led by her have always been very fascinating thanks to emotional voice and diversified stories from the reality to evidence for the lessons.During her profession, her enthusiasm is maintained along side with devotion and determination. Aside from book knowledge, she uses many other methods to suit with various student subjects to inspire the passion and creativity in learning including research-oriented lesson organization, group presentation, and special reviews by using games, out-door activities, paper and mini-play writing.She even uses her own money to buy materials and prizes for her students to encourage their learning.Under her instruction, for years, Hung Vuong Specialized High School sees high achievements of students at national competition and Olympic.As a result, in 5 years, 9 national excellent student prizes have been awarded, and 6 medals of Olympic 30/4 in Southern Region have been won while 100% of her students have passed senior high graduation contests and 80% of them have been qualified for universities.For the efforts and achievements made, she was qualified as provincial level elite teacher and emulation achiever.In 2012, she was awarded the title of elite teacher for her devotion to education cause.At her last year to retirement, the enthusiasm is still burning in the teaching profession. For her, every activity related to education is a must and accomplishment in life.“I am proud and very proud to be in teaching profession. If I were born again, and were able to choose once again, I would choose teaching as my utmost devotion. I have never been bored or tired with my profession. I only need to stand there in the classroom, to be with my students, then, all worrisome shall be gone.
