To guarantee the prevention and control of the Covid-19, right after the re-opening to serve readers, from October 4, the Provincial Library has some new rules. Accordingly, readers may only borrow books and read at home, because the library does not serve reading on site. The delivery of books is done by keeping a fixed distance between people at the library lobby. Readers will be able to scan QR code at the library gate and need to strictly comply with the "5K" regulations of the Ministry of Health.
During the social distancing time, the Provincial Library organized some meaningful online activities to help readers have more useful playgrounds, increase positive energy to overcome the pandemic, such as: Q&A about books, painting contests, telling stories by books, online book introduction, jigsaws and puzzles... Besides, there were online book exhibitions to celebrate the 76th National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2nd 1945 - September 2nd 2021), "Week of response to lifelong learning 2021"…
