Late March 23, provincial Steering Board of Building Party and Mass Organizations in Non-State Businesses held a conference to review the two-year implementation of provincial Standing Party Committee’s Program No.13/CTr-TU dated May 27, 2011 on “Building Party and mass organizations in non-State businesses in the 2011 and 2015 period”.

The whole Party Committee of province-based non-state businesses has so far developed 10 Party cells or 20% of the set target. All Party cells herein also excelled at educating, managing Party members and promoting admission to Party.

Addressing the conference, provincial Party Committee Permanent Deputy Secretary Vu Minh Sang required the Steering Board to further put forward more creative measures in promoting the Party organization of non-State businesses.
