2017 provincial men and women’s volleyball tournament kicks off

Implementing a plan of provincial Department of Culture-Sports and Tourism on organizing sports tournaments in 2017 and further responding to the campaign of “All people take physical exercises following the example of great Uncle Ho”, provincial Center for Physical Training and Sports organized the 2017 provincial men and women’s volleyball tournament from May 12 to 15.

This year’s tournament attracted 10 units from districts, towns, TDM city and Dau Tieng Rubber One-Member Co.Ltd. Thirteen participating teams (7 male and 6 female) were divided into 2 groups to play in a 3-leg round robin format in order to sort out the best ones for the semi-final and final rounds.

As a result, the organizers awarded first, second and third prizes to excellent units at the tournament.
