27/36 schools in Phu Giao get the national standards

Phu Giao district now has 36 public schools from kindergarten to high school level. Over the past years, thanks to investment from the provincial and district authorities plus effort of educational sector, the entire district in the past year has 27 out of 36 schools getting the national standards, accounting for 75%.   

Among 27 schools getting the national standard, there are 7/11 pre-schools, 10/15 primary schools, 7/7 secondary schools and 3/3 high schools gaining the national standards.

Until now, the whole district has had 7/27 schools getting standards of the third level education. They include one pre-school in, 4 primary schools in and 2 secondary schools. 

Nguyen Thanh Tung, head of Phu Giao district division of Education and Training said that implementing the district party committee’s resolution and the district People’s Committee’s instruction, the local education and training sector in 2014 will make the effort to reach 2-3 schools recognized as the national standards.

In addition, the sector will strive to reach standards on educational quality at the third level.
