Provincial Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs, provincial Department of Culture-Sports and Tourism and provincial Association for Sponsorship of the Disabled, Orphans and Poor Patients will jointly organize the 6th provincial Art Performance and Sports Contest for the Disabled to mark the Vietnam Day of People with Disabilities (April 18).

Candidates for the contest are the disabled of all age groups who are living and working in the province. This contest aims to mobilize the whole society and the whole political system to show interest in the disabled and offer spiritual and material help to them.
