After three-year implementation of the campaign, provincial Steering Boards for the campaign at all levels focused on improving the quality of the campaign. Over the past three years, the ratio of cultural households increased by 0.66%. The rate of cultural quarters and hamlets grew by 16.42%. The ratio of poor households reduced to 1.36% by the end of 2013…

Addressing the conference, Mr.Liem spoke highly of achievements done while acknowledging contributive ideas to the implementation of the campaign’s targets and tasks in the 2014 and 2015 period. Provincial Steering Board for the campaign also awarded the certificates of merit to 36 collectives and 69 individuals for their excellent achievements in the campaign between 2011 and 2013.
