Mr. Pham Van Hoang, Bach Dang commune People’s Committee Chairman in Tan Uyen district, said, their Culture Sport Center were funded by State budget with total investment of about VND15bln.After 5 months of running, the center has become a familiar site to local people, especially youngsters and children. The center is also meeting place of local Amateur Music Club, Tai Chi Club.
