Bau Bang’s industrial production value in Q1 up 7.44%

Bau Bang district’s industrial production value in Q1 2016 was estimated at more than VND2.23trillion, a year-on-year increase of 7.44%.

The district also attracted additional 2 investment projects with a total registered capital of more than US$1mln. Thus, the province has so far lured 242 domestic investment projects with a total registered capital of nearly VND4.57trillion and 56 foreign investment projects capitalized at nearly VND711.72mln.

In addition, the district’s power sector ensured a supply of commercial power for locals’ daily life and production with 71 mln kWh of power consumed. The sector also installed additional 570 galvanometers, bringing the local number of galvanometers in operation so far to 21,750. There were also 99.88% of households herein in use of power.
