Hoa Loi Social Security Apartment Block invested by Becamex IDC high risen in Binh Duong New City At the cost of about VND 3 million a square meter, the working people in Binh Duong Province are now accessible to the first block apartments by this year end. Under this project Becamex IDC is offering 64,700 apartments for over 168,000 immigrant workers working inh Binh Duong Province.Currently, the project is on good turns of development with 5,000 apartments being completed and announced at VND 90 to 140 million a 30-m2 apartment which consists of 20m2 of floor and half attire of 10m2.People with stable jobs in Binh Duong Province could buy. By December 31, the first ever housing apartments will be handed over to the buyers at Hoa Loi Social Security Housing Block.According to project manager, Mr. Tran Quoc Hung, the apartments are designed to suit with immigrant workers who need comfortable living conditions with other social services including kindergarten, waste treatment, and shops.
