Luc Kim Thanh, head of Ben Cat district division of Education and Training said that the district has launched a project of improving quality of education and training for the period of 2010-2015 and orientation till 2020 to reach 80-85% of schools getting the national standard by 2020. The locality also strives to have 15 out of 15 preschools, 16/25 primary schools, 7/11 secondary ones and 3/3 highs schools gaining the national standards by 2015.
