Binh Duong Customs Department nearly reaches budget revenue target in eleven months 2019

 Over the first 11 months of 2019, Binh Duong Customs Department collected a total budget revenue of VND 13,982 billion, reaching nearly 97% target assigned by the  Ministry of Finance, reaching nearly 91% target assigned by General Department of Customs, an increase of almost 9% over the same period in 2018.According to the leaders of Binh Duong Customs Department, to achieve this results the unit actively built up, issued plans No. 232/QD-HQBD dated 14 Mar 2019 on the synchronous implementation of tasks to improve the business environment, improve national competitiveness in the area in 2019 and until 2021.

In addition, the department actively cooperated with Department of Taxation, Planning and investment, Provincial industrial parks' Management Board, Vietnam-Singapore Industrial Park's Management Board, local governments to timely access newly licensed projects, newly established businesses to actively provide information, assist businesses in customs procedures. On the other hand, the unit kept in contact with, regularly share information with businesses with large budget contributions to ensure the sources of revenue and nurture good revenues.

Notably, the department always attaches importance and effectively implements the electronic tax collection through commercial banks, and 24/7 customs declaration. At present, the number of commercial banks in cooperation with Binh Duong Customs Department is over 40, including 26 banks have implemented electronic tax collection and 24/7 customs declaration. The current tax revenue through banks accounts for over 97.26%.
