Binh Duong exceeds target at National Cross-Country Cycling Championship 2016

At the National Cross-Country Cycling Championship 2016 taking place in Hoa Binh province, Binh Duong team won the 2nd gold medal, thereby being ranked No. 2 on the tally of women’s team.

Namely, the 2nd gold medal of 3km-women's team was won by 4 girls: Cao Thi Cam Le, Pham Hong Loan, Tran Thi Tuyet Nuong and Bui Thi Quynh.

Earlier, Binh Duong got the first gold medal also of 3km women's individual, thanks to cyclist Bui Thi Quynh. In addition, Binh Duong also gained 2 silver medals of duo (Nguyen Ngoc Kim Ngan - Pham Hong Loan), 50km women's team. Athlete Cao Thi Cam Le also won a bronze medal of 30km women.

At this tournament, Binh Duong had totally 9 athletes competing at 9 categories with a target of 1 gold, 2 silver and 2 bronze medals. At the end, Binh Duong team exceeded their target.
