Binh Duong Football Federation actively contributes to provincial football development

Binh Duong Football Federation (BFF) had a year of success, contributing greatly to provincial and national football development. Such was the evaluation of Tran Quoc Tuan, the Deputy President of Vietnam Football Federation (VFF) on his recent working visit to BFF.

At the working session with VFF officer, a representative of BFF informed that in 2015, BFF holds the major role of organizing football tournaments to mark major celebration in the year; economic units are to be called upon for sponsorship of football development; training of talented and young football players is to be established and enforced. Besides, BFF is monitoring football teams participating national and international tournaments. Qualification training for coaches and referees will be developed; departments and units will be assisted to organize football competition.

As a result, BFF has made prominent activities including the successful organization of tournament for veteran players of Binh Duong, Tay Ninh, and Ho Chi Minh City; Binh Duong New City Football Tournament 2015 has been organized. BFF has made resonance for organizing children football tournament across schools and football training institutions. Besides, BFF has successfully organized student football tournament 2015 and coordinated the BTV Cup 2015, Binh Duong Entrepreneur Cup 2015, etc.

For professional football, BFF has assisted to organize matches at Binh Duong Stadium in charge by Binh Duong Football Sports JSC regarding V-League, National Cup, Table E qualification round of AFC Champion League 2015, some qualifying matches of Asian female championship. The member of BFF, Becamex Binh Duong Club has won championship of V-League, National Cup and 3^rd place in BTV Cup 2015.

Nguyen Kim Phung, the Deputy President of BFF asserted that the success was thanks to the sense of responsibility and determination of key members and executives of BFF let alone the enthusiastic assistance of related departments and sectors, especially the sponsors and responsibility sharing units for various tournaments and quality activities for successful results.

On working with VFF officer, Vu Duc Thanh, the BFF President has proposed to VFF to maintain regular activities to connect and support local football federations and clubs including training of referees and coaches, especially, BFF should be assisted to market the sponsorship and international relationship connecting with leading clubs in Europe and Asia to train and exchange young players.

Deputy President of VFF, Tran Quoc Tuan, has appreciated the achievements gained by BFF despite difficulties while requesting BFF to make rational consultancy with provincial leaders to develop football. VFF will be assisting BFF and member units to train up coaches, young players, and referees. On the occasion, VFF presented BFF a multifunctional computer.
