Binh Duong Lottery Company to pay nearly 1,286 billion VND to the budget over 9 months of 2022

On September 9, Binh Duong Lottery One Member Limited Liability Company held a conference to review activities of lottery ticket agents over 9 months of 2022, gave orientation for the fourth quarter of 2022 and the year 2023. Attending the conference were Nguyen Van Danh, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Lottery Supervision Council.

Over the first 9 months of 2022, the company's issuance revenue was estimated at nearly VND 4,300 billion, nearly 47% higher than the same period in 2021 and reaching 75% of the year plan; sales was estimated at over 4,240 billion VND, 54% higher than the same period in 2021 and reaching more than 86% of the year plan; contribution to the State budget was estimated at nearly 1,286 billion VND, reaching 81.51% of the assigned target for the year. Besides, the average consumption rate of the whole system was estimated at 98.9%, higher than the same period in 2021 at 4.7%.

Up to now, the company has spent more than 5.1 billion VND on charity and social activities. In the 9 months of 2022 alone, the company donated 11 houses of gratitude, houses of great solidarity, and repaired 11 houses to poor households in the province.

Speaking at the conference, Nguyen Van Danh suggested that in the coming time, Binh Duong Lottery Company focus on improving the cooperation and development with the lottery ticket agent system; regularly discuss, propose solutions, support business activities of agents to expand consumption markets, develop sales; pay attention to quality, design and anti-counterfeiting lottery tickets.

He also recommended the company to closely coordinate with the Provincial Lottery Supervision Council, the Southern Lottery Supervision Council in all activities, and report to the Provincial People's Committee any problems and difficulties to receive timely settlement and disassembly; to be determined to successfully complete assigned tasks of the 2022 lottery business plan, complete the collection and payment targets to the State budget of VND 1,577 billion.
