Binh Duong provincial Association of Farmers in all-out preparation of the 10th Congress of 2023-2028 tenure

Towards the 10th Binh Duong provincial Association of Farmers' Congress of 2023-2028 tenure, the Standing Board of the provincial Association of Farmers concentrated on directing its grassroots of districts, towns and cities to organize congresses for the 2023-2028 tenure in compliance with regulations.

Specifically, the Standing Committee of the provincial Association of Farmers has issued a plan on organizing the congresses of the Association of Farmers at all levels towards the 10th provincial Congress of Association of Farmers of 2023-2028 tenure, and at the same time, direct and guid the Standing Committee of the grassroots at district and commune levels on the preparation and organization of the congress for the 2023-2028 tenure.

Implementing the plan and direction, the congress of the Commune Farmers' Association was held solemnly and seriously to promote democracy in accordance with the principles and with the charter for successful completion of the proposed agendas. In which, the grassroots congresses concentrated on reviewing reports and evaluation of the performance results in the last term to determine specific directions, tasks and goals in the coming term, to elect a delegation to attend the district-level farmer's association congresses.

The organization and personnel for the district-level congress of the 2023-2028 tenure must comply with regulations, standards and structure. The congresses also elected the executive committee, standing committee, presidents, vice presidents of the association and elected the correct and sufficient delegations to attend the 10th provincial Congress of Association Farmers' 2023-2028 tenure. In addition, the district-level congresses set out orientations and solutions for farmer association and movement for the 2023-2028 tenure, and determined agricultural development objectives suitable to each locality.

Within the congresses of the Farmers' Unions at commune and district levels, all officers and members of farmers at the grassroots level have raised their awareness of the position, role, functions and duties of the associations, creating an atmosphere of excitement and promoting the implementation of patriotic emulations.

Along with directing the grassroots and district congresses, the Standing Board of the Provincial Farmers' Union focused on developing a project to organize the 10th provincial Congress, to expeditiously implement all the agendas of the congress. Accordingly, the association develops a working plan for congress organization, personnel, and propaganda before, during and after the congress. On the other hand, the association organized to launch an emulation to set up achievements to welcome the Congress of Farmers' Associations at all levels to the 10th provincial Congress of Association of Farmers and the National Congress for the 2023-2028 term.

According to the Standing Board of the provincial Association of Farmers, the Association has issued plans and decided to establish the congress organizing committee and subcommittees on personnel, agenda, propaganda, movements, and ceremonies. The 10th provincial Congress of Association of Farmers will have 294 participants. At the congress, the Executive Committee of the 9^th provincial Association Farmers will submit draft reports of the 9^th Executive Committee to review report of the Executive Committee of the provincial Association of the 9^th tenure, and resolution of the 10th provincial Congress of 2023-2028 tenure and personnel projects.

Farmers' Associations at all levels in the province have successfully organized the congress for the 2023-2028 tenure, creating a premise for the 10th provincial Association of Farmers Congress.

The movement to emulate achievements to welcome the Congress of Farmers' Associations at all levels, towards the National Congress of the Vietnam Farmers' Association for the 2023-2028 tenure is a period of extensive political activities of all levels and members. With the spirit of "solidarity - innovation - cooperation - development", all levels of associations in the province will continue to continuously improve the quality and efficiency of operations to meet the requirements, work tasks and successfully implement the political tasks set out by the association in the term of 2023-2028.
