On Jan. 7, Chau Van Liem secondary school's directorate board in Vinh Phu ward, Thuan An town held a ceremony to receive the title of national standard school for the period of 2013-2018. Huynh Thi Thanh Phuong, vice chairwoman of Thuan An town People's Committee grants decision of the national school to Chau Van Liem secondary school's directorate board. Chau Van Liem secondary school now has 20 classrooms with 17 classes, ensuring teaching and learning for all students. The school now has 36 teachers and reaches 100% of standard teachers, 80.6% of whom get the set standards. In 2012, the school's rate of good teachers won 52.8%. In the past school year, rate of 9th graders graduating the final exams won 92.5%, 48.7% of whom were excellent students.Until now, Thuan An town has had 26 out of 43 public schools gaining the national standards, 3 secondary schools of which win the set standards.
