In order to create favorable conditions for investment enterprises in the province in field of health care or related to health care, provincial Department of Health will provide legal advice, administrative procedure and regulations counseling in areas such as: Medical practice, medical environment, medical equipment...

According to Department of Health, the units that are in need of assistance may fill out the "Request for Support" (in the form available) and send it to Department of Health so that the department could appoint relevant departments to support on request via documents, emails, or direct support at businesses.
