Freight transport revenue reaches more than VND11,000 billion

According to Provincial Department of Transport, over the first 10 months of 2023, freight transport revenue reached VND11,181 billion, an increase of 13.1% year-on-year. The output of goods transported in October 2023 alone is estimated to reach 27.6 million tons, up 9.3% over the same period last year. Accumulated over the first 10 months of 2023, the revenue is estimated to reach nearly 270 million tons, up 11.2% over the same period last year.

Also according to Department of Transport, revenue from warehousing and transportation support services in the first 10 months of 2023 is estimated to reach more than VND18,000 billion, an increase of 12.3% year-on-year. Of which, the road industry is estimated to reach nearly VND17,752 billion, an increase of 12.4% year-on-year.
