Late May 19, provincial Youth Union, in collaboration with provincial Department of Education and Training, presented the 2012 Ho Van Men Awards to 50 primary and secondary pupils (photo). Each award is worth VND1mln for primary pupils and VND2mln for secondary pupils.  

 

This is the fourth time provincial Fund for Young Talents has so far given the Ho Van Men awards to 160 poor-but-excellent pupils across the province.
