Mr. Ta Khoi Nguyen, Deputy Principal of the school, informed that the event is to educate students of origins of a defending and building nation in a bid to promote patriotism and national pride.The main course of the festival shall depict rituals and festivities of ancient communities throned by Hung Kings. The two senior teachers of the school – Mr. Tran Quang Vinh and Mr. Tam Van Som, shall start up the event by drum and gong awakening.Light, cake, and flower offering shall come up next to express gratitude to contributions of Hung Kings in nation building.Principal of the school, Mr. Vuong Van Thanh said: “The traditional cakes are to depict the land and the sky. For long time ago in Vietnamese habits, gratitude to the land and the sky means happiness and wealthiness.”Coming up after the incense offering rituals should be speeches and worshiping activities.On the sideline would be traditional contests and games to bring up jubilant atmosphere. The 23 camps shall be installed to create a site of unity and exchanges.
