Korean businesses collaborate well with Binh Duong Customs Department

Binh Duong Customs Department is currently solving customs procedures for 328 Korean enterprises, accounting for 6% of the total of 5,343 enterprises. Import and export turnover of Korean enterprises from the beginning of the year by 15 Jun 2019 was nearly $2 million, accounting for 9.23% of import and export turnover at Binh Duong Customs Department.

State budget revenue of Binh Duong Customs Department from the beginning of the year by 18 Jun 2019 was VND7,196 billion, an increase of 14.21% compared to the same period last year, completing 49.77% of the target assigned by the Ministry of Finance, completing 49.63% of the target assigned by provincial People's Council, completing 46.73% of the additional target allocated by the General Department of Customs. Of these, Korean enterprises contributed VND 430.5 billion, accounting for 5.98% (in 2018 Korean enterprises accounted for 6.52% of total revenue of the Customs Department).

In recent years, Korean enterprises investing in the province have well complied with laws, collaborated well with customs authorities in the process of fulfilling import and export procedures. Many Korean businesses are developing and expanding investment projects, contributing to the local economic development.
