In order to create a joyful atmosphere, to meet the demand of people for cultural enjoyment on the occasion of Binh Duong's 25 years of development, many places in the province have held and will organize many activities meaningful cultural and artistic activities.

Shimmering streets

Since the separation from Song Be province, during the past quarter of the century, Binh Duong has achieved important results in all fields. To celebrate this important milestone, the province will hold a ceremony to celebrate Binh Duong's 25th anniversary of construction and development (January 1st 1997 - January 1st 2021), a scientific conference "Binh Duong province, a quarter of a century's journey: Achievements and prospects”. In addition, the province will organize contests to learn knowledge, compose and introduce literary, artistic and journalistic works about the achievements of Binh Duong province over 25 years of construction and development.

To make boisterous places and streets be fulled with joyful colors and atmosphere to celebrate the great festival of Binh Duong, the province hung posters, slogans, installed screens, mobile communication trucks, and projected documentary films about socio-economic development achievements of the province 25 years after the re-establishment. The province also organizes cultural - artistic, physical training and sports activities to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the province's re-establishment in combination with activities to celebrate Lunar New Year 2022.

According to Le Van Thai, Deputy Director of Provincial Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the province will open a peak period of visual propagation on mass media inside and outside the province from now until the end of the first quarter 2022. Particularly, contests to learn knowledge, compose and introduce journalistic, literary and artistic works about the achievements of Binh Duong province over 25 years of construction and development have been opened until the end of 2022.

These days, all along main roads of the province are colorful flags, flowers, banners, panels and posters. All makes everyone happy and emotional. Those are the feelings of excitement to welcome the new year. Those are feelings of nostalgia and pride about socio-economic achievements of Binh Duong in the past 25 years.

In order to recreate the past days and honor the achievements of Binh Duong during a quarter of a century, the Provincial Arts and Culture Center prepare a very special art program. With the name "Binh Duong 25 years of confidence and progress", this program was elaborately, majestically and meaningfully choreographed. The program will include musical performances that portrayed the land of Song Be from its wild days until the province's separation, and praised Binh Duong for its relentless efforts to rebuild the province from infrastructure construction to outlining the development path, creating a solid foundation for today's development. Besides, the program will also have exciting music performances by famous singers and artists from Ho Chi Minh City.

Tran Thanh Son, Director of the Provincial Arts and Culture Center, said that after this show to serve the celebration, the center will organize mobile shows to serve people of districts, towns and cities in the province before, during and after Tet. With many meaningful messages, this carefully choreographed program promises to diversify entertainment activities for people of all walks of life on the occasion of this important event of the province, and welcoming Lunar New Year 2022.

Also on this occasion, the province organizes the 21st Binh Duong Television Football Tournament 2021 - Number 1 Cup. The tournament will take place from December 17th to 25th 2021 at Binh Duong Stadium on the occasion of Binh Duong's 25th anniversary of construction and development (Jan 1). Top five football clubs of the country participating in the competition include: Becamex Binh Duong, Ho Chi Minh City, Ba Ria - Vung Tau, Nam Dinh and Khanh Hoa.

Joining the exciting atmosphere to celebrate Binh Duong's 25 years of construction, development and integration, localities in the province will also organize attractive cultural, artistic and sports activities. Nguyen Hong Mung, Director of the Center for Culture, Sports and Radio of Dau Tieng district, said that the district People's Committee approved a plan to organize activities celebrating the Party - Spring, the 25th anniversary of Binh Duong's construction and the 25th anniversary of Binh Duong's construction and development.
