To standardize pre-school teacher staff, the province’s education & training sector has trained actively to generate new, higher standard teachers. Up to now, the province has had 92.1% of standard teachers, including 30.99% of above standard teachers. Phu Giao district has high rate of above standard teachers (54.03%). Additionally, courses of specialty cultivating and professional competences improving for administrative officials, teachers were organized for effective implementation of new preschool educational program in accordance with the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training.
