Early August 11, Thuan An town’s People’s Committee held a ceremony to kick off the town’s 4th Sports Festival at the historical relic site of Thuan An Hoa war zone with the participation of more than 1,200 athletes from 22 local sports delegations.

The festival includes 17 events, 10 of which has been concluded. The 7 remaining events  of Chinese chess, badminton, stick pushing, tug-of-war, football, marathon and karatedo will be continued for competition untill September 2013. After the opening ceremony, the festival will conclude on August 29, 2013.
