Late April 16, the inauguration ceremony of “Contest of Ornamental Creatures 2014 of Dong Nam Bo Region” was held at Conference and Exhibition Center in Binh Duong New City with participation of Mr. Vu Minh Sang – the former Provincial Party Committee and former Chair of Provincial People’s Council , Mr. Tran Thanh Liem – Deputy Chair of Provincial People’s Committee, and representatives of associations of Ornamental plants and animals across 63 provinces and cities nation wide. Individuals of excellent works are awarded with prizes of the contest The contest lured attention of nearly 600 works of craftmen in the province and from other provinces of Binh Phuoc, Dong Nai, and Ba Ria – Vung Tau.The contestant subjects include orchid of Mokara, Dendrobium, Cattleya, and general species, bonsai, artistic plants, and arrangement arts.As a result, organizers have awarded 106 prizes to the craftmen having excellent works being certified by Vietnam Central Association of Ornamental Creatures.Reported by Thien Ly – Translated by Vi Bao
