From now till 2015, 1,210,000 titles of books will be offered for public library system across the province. Of these, selection of kinds of books will be based on a goal of local socio-economic development. Pupils seek out books at a library.  In addition, the local sector of culture, sports and tourism will effectively launch a provincial science-technology project themed “Building digital database for Binh Duong provincial monography information” and a project named “developing public library system till 2015 and orientation for 2020”. Accordingly, the province from now till 2015 targets to digitize 30% of titles of books at the provincial library, apply IT into 100% of town and district libraries, newly-build 42% of communal libraries and so on.
