Provincial Study Promotion Association has just reviewed its activities in 2012. Reportedly, the association last year received the attention of authorities at all levels. The association spent more than VND56.4bln on awarding scholarships, gifts to poor-but-excellent pupils and funding heart surgeries.

On this occasion, provincial People’s Committee awarded the certificates of merit to six collectives and four individuals; six individuals were given the mementoes “For study promotion career” by the Vietnam Study Promotion Association; provincial Study Promotion Association also awarded the certificate of merit to two collectives and ten individuals.
