In order to meet requirements of many people classes, school proprietors have not hesitated to invest billions in building and improve educational quality. The schools have trained qualified skillful human resources meeting provincial requirements. Mr. Duong The Phuong, Director of Education and Training Department, said the province keeps calling for investment in development of private professional schools. This year, there are two junior colleges located in Ben Cat District. At Ben Cat district, Friesland Campina Company has supported scholarships worth about VND2 billion for BC’s students for 5 years; Kim Oanh Real Estate Company give annually scholarships, bicycles worth VND100 - 200 million; Becamex TDC support for Le Quy Don Secondary School every year VND250 million ... The valuable contribution of socio-economic organizations has helped the district education continues to grow.Parents also play important role in their children’s education, thus schools has enlisted the support of the parent representatives. Currently, each school at district level or belonging to the Department has learning promotion association. Every year, associations award scholarships worth VND tens of billion to good and poor students. Educational socialization task was concerned by authorities as well as supported by the mass people. Private education has made a significant contribution to the provincial school network development, the pressure reduction on all school levels, especially pre-schools. Socialization funding has contributed significantly to the education development of the province. However, there are still many difficulties. Regarding to pre-school system, spontaneity and instability still exist.
