Could you tell about the project’s necessity?
Over years, all level Women Unions have made efforts to team up with mass bodies and agencies to hold activities of improving knowledge on bringing up children for mothers. Through the activities, about 100,000 mothers who have children under 16 have grasped knowledge on bringing up children scientifically and effectively. In addition, the unions at all levels have also paid attention to mobilizing women to involve in gynaecology, prenatal check-ups and so on. The above results have contributed to children care, protection and education.
However, it is necessary to have more activities to spur children care, protection and education.
What are goals of the project?
The common goal is to offer knowledge, skill of bringing children for 300,000 mothers who have children under 16 in a bid to minimize rate of malnutrition, disease and fatality in children and legal violation and social evil caused by kids.
Could you tell more about objects of the project?
The project’s direct objects include mothers who have children under 16 and kids under 16 whilst indirect ones are fathers have children under 16, members of women unions, relevant agencies and mass bodies and residents.
What measures will be set out to reach high efficiency for the project?
We will set out 7 measures including survey on knowledge, behavior before and after launching the project, improvement on members’ capacity at grassroot levels, acceleration on promulgations, cooperation with functional agencies to monitor and assess implementation of the project and so on.
