Provincial Ips ’Trade Union kicks off 2nd Sports Festival for Healthy Workers

Early September 14, provincial Industrial Parks (Ips)’Trade Union held a ceremony to kick off the second Sports Festival for Healthy Workers at the Army Corps 4’s mini-football ground.

This year’s sports festival absorbed 16 male teams and 14 female teams from province-based Ips’ trade union locals. The annual event aimed to respond to the campaign of “All people take physical exercise following the example of great Uncle Ho” while creating favorable conditions for the trade union locals to exchange and share mutual experience to boost solidarity, contributing to taking good care of trade unionists and laborers’ spiritual lives.

*On September 13, Becamex IDC’s Trade Union also held a ceremony to open the first sports festival for staff.

The sports festival attracted 8 teams. They competed in 3 events: men’s football, badminton and tug-of-war.
