Provincial singing contest for workers 2017 kicks off

The provincial singing contest for workers 2017 has just officially opened at provincial Cultural-Movie Center to celebrate the 70^th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs’ Day (July 27, 1947-July 27, 2017), the Vietnam Workers’ Month 2017 and the 88^th foundation anniversary of the Vietnam Trade Union.

Just after one month of launching, the contest absorbed 300 candidates from 24 units under Trade Unions at all levels of the province. The organizers also sorted out 37 best items for the contest’s final round that will take place on June 17 ahead.

At the ceremony, the local audience also enjoyed items performed by the Trade Union of Binh Duong Water-Environment Joint Stock Company, Dau Tieng district’s Labor Union, the Trade Union of Binh Duong Lottery One-Member Co.Ltd., Phu Giao district’s Labor Union and the Trade Union of Hoya Lens Vietnam Co.Ltd.

The contest is co-held by provincial Department of Culture-Sports and Tourism and Labor Union to create a chance for businesses, industrial parks and Trade Union officials and workers to exchange mutually, contributing to building and improving the quality of spiritual life among workers.
