Action month for labour safety and hygiene launched

Early May 5, province-based Industrial Parks (Ips)’ Trade Union held a ceremony to launch the Action month for labour safety and hygiene at Dong An IP inThuan An city’s Binh Hoa ward. The ceremony was attended by leaders of provincial Labor Union; province-based Ips’ Trade Union; representatives of more than 100 businesses and over 1,000 workers.

At the ceremony, Nguyen Hoang Bao Tran, Permanent Vice-Chairman of provincial Labor Union said that the activities of the Workers' Month 2024 at trade union locals will arouse the tradition of solidarity and creative labor while promoting the pioneering role and sense of responsibility of trade unionists members and workers in labor, production and business, contributing to the local sustainable development...

At the event, province-based Ips’ Trade Union held the awards ceremony of the "Million Steps, One Heart" walk with 8 units winning high awards. Along with that, the organization board gave 20 bicycles for the offspring of trade unionists with difficult circumstances; presented gifts to 350 workers with difficult circumstances, serious illnesses.
