QR coded publication of dissemination of Binh Duong agreed

In the afternoon of April 8, Binh Duong provincial Department of Information and Communications met to agree on the QR coded publication of dissemination of Binh Duong to service the seminar of “The tradition inheritance of Binh Duong in a quarter of a century - The achievements and prospects”

In the past time, the province and its functional departments have deployed to print many brochures to introduce and promote Binh Duong, however, many limitations remain in information contents due to limited capacity. Along with that, a series of problems arise such as translating and publishing documents in the correct language of the partners, the difficulty in supplementing information, and the updating of volatile data.

Currently, the development trend and widespread application of barcodes and QR codes has made the issuance and use of electronic documents much more convenient. Thereon, the Department of Information and Communications has proposed the idea of ​​​​issuing a brochure about Binh Duong by QR codes with key information.

After discussing, representative leaders of agencies and units under the Communication Team agreed on the content of the publication to promote Binh Duong in the form of QR codes. The Department of Information and Communications will acquire and edit the contents according to suggestions and convert them into electronic documents for the seminar of “The tradition inheritance of Binh Duong in a quarter of a century - The achievements and prospects” and the next events and conferences of the province for the time to come.
