The provincial department of Training and Education director Duong The Phuong, said in 2013 the department will recruit Filipino teachers to teach English across schools. The activity is under a program of improving quality of English teaching and learning at local high schools for the 2012-2017 period.

As planned, the sector will recruit 20 Filipino teachers to teach English at gifted high schools and primary schools and centers for foreign language and IT.
