Early July 4, 269 outstanding pupils who are the offsprings of poor State employees across the province were awarded scholarships worth VND1mln each at provincial Labor Union under the 2012 scholarship program for poor-but-excellent pupils (photo).

It is known that the program collected VND409mln from 29 trade union locals from February 20 to May 30, 2012. There was a total of VND296mln given in the stage and the remainders will be also presented to poor-but-excellent pupils in the next stage.
