Seminar on food poisoning prevention and treatment

The provincial Bureau on Food Safety and Hygiene just held a seminar on food poisoning prevention and treatment with the participation of over 100 people who are cadres relating to food safety and hygiene work at local collective kitchens and businesses. The participants heard about information on execution of food safety and hygiene at collective kitchens, Law on Food Safety, measures of food safety and hygiene and so on. In addition, reps of some businesses shared experiences on implementing of food safety, ensuring quality meals for laborers and so on.According to the bureau, the unit inspected collective kitchens in the past year.
