To apply hi-capacity laser into medicine in the province, Binh Duong provincial Medical Laser Society held a seminar on laser application into medicine to introduce hi-capacity laser technology in medicine as well as other applications in medicine in the world and Vietnam. The seminar offered information on the laser technology for doctors.

Tran Dinh Hop, chairman of Binh Duong provincial Medical Laser Society said, low-capacity laser application into medicine in the province has been perfected. Binh Duong has become the country’s first province successfully applying low-capacity laser technology into treatment in community. Since 1999, high-capacity laser equipment (Laser CO2) has been equipped at the provincial Traditional Medicine Hospital. The society’s upcoming mission is to develop high capacity laser technology in the province.
