March 19, Department of Education and Training organized the final contest of eloquence in English for senior high school students who drew their lots to randomly pick up 1 out of 8 topics. The third time contest evaluated the candidates in terms of contents, purposes, ideas, gesture, pronunciation, tone, stress, and confidence.
