Sports development at grassroots level implemented

Early October 28, provincial Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism held a conference to extend its sports development activities at grassroots level.

At the conference, grassroots-level sports officials in the province were disseminated the organization of sports festivals at all levels; the Government’s Decree No.106/2016/ND-CP prescribing conditions for sports business. They also had a chance to learn about cooperation models on socialization of sports,  sports products to serve athletes’ training and competition…

The conference aimed to help these officials have a thorough grasp of sports regulations for application in their localities while well organizing sports festivals at all levels, thereby sorting out outstanding athletes to attend the upcoming provincial-level sports festival.
